Miriam Meaney

mim_profile.jpgSession Outline
The focus of this session is on the use of Google Sites for web site creation in the Google tradition- free, easy and funky. You will be provided with existing examples of the tool at work, hands on opportunities to use the tool and to collaborate with others in the Google Sites environment. In addition, you will share ideas for classroom application as the session progresses. Google Sites can be used as a wiki, for blogging or simply as a web site. Its intuitive interface and the integration of tools such as Youtube and Picasa with Google Sites makes for a very engaging and accessible tool for learning across the curriculum.
